Magnificent location of the hotel down from the hill. The room was beautifully maintained with a balcony and I truly enjoyed the European-style building. The staff from start to finish were really helpful and extremely helpful.

Was a handy base for vacation. The views at this hip new hotel were great. Our room was luxurious, fairly quiet with central heating, a private safe, and multi-channel television, had a really really nice experience. A walk-in shower in the private bathroom was a plus. The staff was attentive and provided us with tips. The location was unbeatable and excellent - near the center of Karlovy Vary and the centre of the spa town.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its stunning beauty, beautiful rooms, amazing spa, delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. We were amazed as soon as we stepped in. Don't forget to take advantage of the car parking service for just 5 euros per day!

The location was ideal, situated in the center of this city, within walking distance to all the attractions and beautiful places. Additionally, parking was available at a nearby hotel, which was taken care of by the reception.

The check-in experience at Luxury Spa Hotel Olympic Palace was exceptional. The staff member who welcomed us was incredibly friendly and provided a thorough explanation of all the hotel amenities. Our bedroom was spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. I couldn't get enough of the croissants! The sauna was also a highlight, and we loved how the towels were prepared for us. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and conveniently located. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable stay.

The complimentary festive treats in our room were a warming welcome to our Christmas getaway. the hotel's location was conveniently a stone's throw from the town center with fantastic views from our window.

The hotel's exterior didn't feel very welcoming, but the interior completely made up for it. some of the staff struggled with understanding our dietary requirements, but they were accommodating in the end.
